and SELLER sign NCNDA and IMFPA and exchange copies 4. SELLER issues
Draft Contract to BUYER electronic ally 5. BUYER amends, signs, seals,
and reverts back to SELLER 6. SELLER agrees with amendments , signs,
seals, exchanges copy while forwarding BUYER the “Soft Proof of Product”
**Soft Proof of Product: a. Copy of the Export License b. Copy of the
Storage License c. Copy of the refinery Commitment to produce the
product d. Copy of statement of availability of the product 7. SELLER
and BUYER lodge Contract to their Respective banks 8. BUYER makes
conditional payment via SWIFT MT103 -23 to SELLER’S bank 9. Upon
confirmed receipt to Buyer’s conditional payment -Seller’s bank, SELLER
issues to Buyer’s bank the “FULL PROOF OF PRODUCT” bank-to-Bank within 3
