CONTRACT. SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION. The goods will be delivered within
30/45 days from the acceptance and successful receipt of the Letter of
Credit or Bank guarantee (BG or SBLC) by Seller’s Bank. Partial Shipment
will take place as per schedule mutually agreed. The date of the Bill of
Lading on the board of vessel is to be considered as the date of
shipment. PACKING: 1 Liter Pet Bottle the transportation of the product
is done in 40 ft containers or by general cargo sea going vessels,
seller’s option. PERFORMANCE BOND: Two percent (2%) PB will be posted in
10 (ten) working days after acceptance of the non operative Letter of
credit or Bank Guarantee to cover vessel guarantee on first shipment.
